Ticket Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All ticket sales for World of Love Festival are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the specific circumstances outlined below. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Event Cancellation

If World of Love Festival is cancelled in full and does not take place on any rescheduled date, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of their ticket. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including adverse weather or other external factors.

However, if the event is postponed or rescheduled, Section 3 will apply.

Please note that any booking fees, service charges, or transaction fees applied by the ticketing provider are non-refundable, as these are retained by the external ticketing platform under their own terms and conditions.

3. Event Rescheduling or Significant Changes

If the festival is rescheduled to a different date or undergoes a significant change in venue or format:

  • All tickets will remain valid for the new date.

  • If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date. After this period, tickets will no longer be eligible for a refund.

  • Significant changes do not include lineup changes but may include major logistical adjustments, such as moving the event to a new town or substantially altering the event format (e.g. from a full weekend to a one-day event).

4. Partial Cancellations & Lineup Changes

World of Love Festival features multiple performances, activities, and experiences. The festival lineup is subject to change, and ticket purchases are for the overall event, not specific acts. Refunds will not be issued due to individual artist cancellations or changes in the schedule.

5. Adverse Weather Conditions

World of Love Festival is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions. Refunds will not be issued due to poor or wet weather unless the festival is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, in which case Section 2 will apply.

If weather conditions force a postponement or partial closure—such as cancellation of one day of a multi-day event, closure of certain areas, or cancellation of specific scheduled activities—tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, and refunds will not be issued unless a refund window is announced (see Section 3).

6. Personal Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend due to:

  • Illness or medical reasons (unless covered by ticket insurance, if available).

  • Travel disruptions, including flight cancellations or public transport issues.

  • Work or other personal commitments.

We recommend purchasing ticket insurance if you wish to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

7. Ticket Scams & Unauthorised Sellers

To ensure a smooth and secure ticketing experience, please note the following:

  • Tickets should only be purchased through official ticketing partners.

  • World of Love Festival is not responsible for tickets purchased from third-party resellers (e.g. Viagogo, Facebook Marketplace, unauthorised websites).

  • We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unofficial sources, and any fraudulent or counterfeit tickets will be denied entry without a refund.

  • Be cautious of ticket scams and only buy from verified sellers.

8. Accessibility & Special Requirements

We are committed to making World of Love Festival as accessible as possible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please:

  • Contact us before purchasing your ticket to discuss available services and facilities.

  • Ensure that you select the correct ticket type if accessible ticketing options are available.

Refunds will not be issued if accessibility needs cannot be met due to failure to inform us in advance.

9. Festival Entry & Refunds Due to Denied Access

World of Love Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who fail to comply with festival rules.
Refunds will not be issued if you are denied entry or removed from the festival due to:

  • Failure to present a valid ticket.

  • Intoxication or drug use.

  • Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour.

  • Violation of festival policies, including prohibited items.

Please review all entry requirements before attending to ensure a smooth experience.

10. Ticket Transfers & Resale

If you can no longer attend, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another person, subject to the terms of the ticketing provider.
World of Love Festival is not responsible for third-party ticket transfers, resales, or issues arising from unauthorised ticket purchases.

To avoid scams, only purchase tickets through our official ticketing partner.

11. Force Majeure

In the event that World of Love Festival is postponed, rescheduled, or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions), tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Refunds will not be issued except in accordance with Section 2 or 3. The festival will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders (e.g. travel, accommodation).

12. How to Request a Refund (Where Applicable)

If you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the official ticket provider within the designated refund request period.

  • Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or ticket reference number).

  • Allow up to 30 days for refund processing.
